Message It is very easy to see a spike in a graph.

The warning does nothing. The values that the SAFC-II converts the knock reading to mean nothing. As the temperature of the engine (and sensor) go up, the value increases. So on a cold day, the normal reading will be 10 and if you detonate the reading will jump to 25. On a hot day, the normal reading will be 30 and detonation will be a quick spike to 45. You can't set the warning to 25 because that will give you a warning on hot days, you can't set the warning to 45 because you won't detect detonation on cold days.
